Using the XS4 Com Mobile App, tenants can receive two-way HD video calls from visitors and grant them instant remote access.
Visitors scan or tap the QR code at the building’s entrance to call the tenant.

For tenants, they can use their app for the following:

- Receive calls on their XS4 Com Mobile App and can choose to accept.
- Authorize the guest and let them in via remote opening.
- Opt for a voice call, switch between front and back cameras, and mute their call.
- Set up their profile and view notifications at any time.
